  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-demand seasons or new drops, processing may take slightly longer.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • U.S. Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s progress.
If you don’t see this email within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories

  • Select international destinations

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us and we’ll see if we can make arrangements.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
We’re not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
