At Set Free Live Free, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • To start a return, contact us at setfreelivefree4747@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at setfreelivefree4747@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
