Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at setfreelivefree4747@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at setfreelivefree4747@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
